Wheel Shop
Since the beginning of our wheel shop in the 80's, we have serviced a wide variety of aircraft. We had originally set up the wheel shop to handle large volume service for our customers that were mainly in the freight/shipping industry flying the 727's. Since then, we have adapted and grown to accomodate a wide variety of cusomers, operating multiple aircraft in various countries.
turn around times
Our standard turn time is 10 days for an overhaul and 5 days for a repair / tire change. We also offer rush service that is ideal for customers that have limited spares, or have an AOG. We can turn out a repair the same day, and conduct overhauls in 3 days for these special cases. We do our part to make sure that our customers don't miss a flight or a sale!
repairs
We like to go above and beyond to help our customers maintain their aircraft and save money. We work closely with local DERs, and with OEM engineers to develop and approve repairs that are safe and efficient to avoid having to replace costly components. Those components can often be difficult to find, with long lead times from the OEM's.
quality
Having customers in general / corporate aviation, they demand the best quality, and service to keep up with the demand of their customers. We ensure that the wheels that leave our facility look great, and are ready for service.
Tires
We buy tires direct from Bridgestone, Goodyear, and Dunlop. We have different pricing models based on the type of aircraft and usage. We can sell individual tires, or set up a single unit pricing (SUP) program for customers upon request.
